Contracts are fundamental instruments in the lives of individuals and legal entities. They are a part of our daily lives. Cerqueira Leite Advogados Associados has a department dedicated to contracts, offering to its clients a specialized work in the area.

Our team always begins their work by identifying clients' goals in order to guide clients toward the achievement of their business with legal security.

To this end, our contracts department constantly studies case law on the interpretation and application of contractual provisions in general. Their work also requires constant attention to, and study of, new contract forms that arise within the dynamics of people's lives.
